Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jilj," "we," "us," "our" refers to jilj.net, the online gaming platform operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and serving players in the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilj platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the jilj website accessible at jilj.net, including all sub-pages, the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo services, and any associated mobile interfaces.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a Player upon completing jilj's registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sports betting market, casino game, slot, bingo round, or other game of chance offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and document verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits awarded to Players subject to wagering requirements and other conditions set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time by jilj.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilj Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with jilj's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

jilj reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person at any time and for any reason, including where jilj reasonably believes that such person has violated or is likely to violate these Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jilj Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in regulated gambling activities in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR. jilj strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any time.
2. Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into contracts may not use the Platform.
4. No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion directive, or any other gambling restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
5. Not a jilj Employee: Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of jilj, as well as their immediate family members, are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in real-money games on the Platform.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money betting and gaming services on jilj, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing Account security:

• Single Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. jilj will never ask you to disclose your password by any means. You must notify jilj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials, whether authorized by you or not, until jilj is notified in writing of unauthorized access and takes remedial action.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, jilj requires Players to complete KYC verification by submitting government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS/UMID card, driver's license), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. jilj reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
• Account Suspension: jilj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a failure to comply with KYC requirements.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilj Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• jilj accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of transaction.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier interface.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by jilj's payment processing systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically post within seconds; bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day.
• jilj does not accept deposits made using funds that are not your own. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger account suspension and a full AML review.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified under the Player's KYC profile. jilj does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of request.
• jilj reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where KYC verification is incomplete, where the Account is under investigation, or where jilj is required to withhold funds pursuant to a PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

Bonuses and Promotions

jilj may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods as specified in the individual promotion terms published on the Platform.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• jilj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets already placed under an active promotion will be settled under the terms that were in effect at the time the bet was placed.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, hedging bets to minimize risk while meeting wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by jilj — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• jilj reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activities conducted on the jilj Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when jilj's system confirms the wager and a Bet ID is assigned. jilj reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error.
• Manifest Errors: Where odds, lines, or totals are published due to a manifest error (e.g., a technical glitch, data feed failure, or human input error), jilj reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play period (as defined per sport), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Where a rescheduled event takes place within 48 hours of the original start time, jilj may at its discretion settle bets on the rescheduled event.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live data availability and system capacity. jilj reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after a key event (e.g., a goal, a foul, an injury) but before the market is suspended due to data latency may be voided.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply as displayed in the sportsbook. jilj reserves the right to limit the size of any wager placed by any Player at any time.

Casino and Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino, slot, and bingo games offered on the jilj Platform:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games (slots, virtual table games, bingo) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by jilj or by Players.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by third-party game studios under their own licensing and are streamed to the jilj Platform. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand or round, the outcome already determined by the game system at the point of disconnection will stand.
• Return to Player (RTP): Theoretical RTP percentages for slot games are published in each game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, jilj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account Balance. No winnings resulting from a malfunctioning game will be paid.
• Bingo Rules: Specific bingo game rules, including ball draw procedures, prize structures, and winning pattern requirements, are displayed within each bingo room on the Platform prior to purchase of bingo cards.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilj Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other Players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, including chip dumping in poker or coordinating bets in live games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of any unlawful activity. jilj is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jilj.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, loopholes, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

jilj is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. We provide the following player protection tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them of the time spent playing on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be blocked from re-registering.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during extended gaming sessions remind Players of their session duration and net win/loss position.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jilj Platform — including but not limited to the jilj name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from jilj.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Use jilj's name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jilj's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilj's liability to you in connection with the Platform is limited as follows:

• jilj is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the Platform, including losses resulting from adverse outcomes in sports betting markets, casino games, slots, or bingo.
• jilj is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jilj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• jilj's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jilj is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or Platform unavailability caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or PAGCOR-mandated suspension of services.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

jilj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilj processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including AMLC reporting obligations), customer support, and, with your consent, marketing communications.

jilj will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, law enforcement authorities, and regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors and game studios) only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above and as required by law.

Amendments to Terms

jilj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilj will notify registered Players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance by contacting jilj customer support.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Lottery), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilj arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jilj's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint to our customer support team. jilj undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If the dispute is not resolved through jilj's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through regulatory mediation.
